• This is a Remote role (Call Center) - Full-Time : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm EST- Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.- Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status - Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors. - Proficient in Microsoft office (including Word and Excel)
