BlueHalo, an AV Company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a high-priority intelligence program. In this role, the successful candidate will have extensive experience as a program or project manager in managing technical intelligence programs and contracts. We are looking for a strategically focused individual that will keep our customers' mission central as they manage the execution of the contract. Experience with and training in Agile project management, targeting, and data visualization are highly desirable.

You're required to have this :

• Active TS / SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field such as Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cyber Security.
• Minimum of 10 years of Program Management experience.
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated 3 years of experience in managing classified IC programs of similar scope or complexity.
• Experience with successful execution of process improvement.
• Experience effectively communicating with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders and Sponsor leadership.

Ideally, you have this :

Salary Range : $180,000 to $200,000. The BlueHalo, An AV Company, pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
