Sr UX Designer

Overview

We\'re seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our client\'s design team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the design of complex, large-scale projects that drive business impact. Your primary focus will be on optimizing and consolidating global dashboards into more wholistic products, serving both leaders and staff, and enabling them to effectively manage insights, decisions and next-steps related to critical areas of business. You will be responsible for conducting UX research, creating low to high-fidelity designs, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex, large-scale projects, such as consolidating global dashboards into wholistic products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure design solutions meet their needs
• Conduct UX research to inform design decisions, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Conduct workshops and design iterations using Miro and Figma to facilitate collaboration and feedback
• Create low to high-fidelity designs, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• Develop data visualization designs that effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Create high-quality presentations in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office 360 to communicate design solutions to stakeholders
• Contribute to design systems, standards, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX design
