Your Role
Seeking a K-12 Leader to join the team in Cleveland, Ohio (full-time). This position is for a degreed architect—licensed or actively pursuing licensure—with 10+ years of architectural experience and a strong focus on K-12 school projects .
As a Client Leader , you will :
- Drive business development, manage client relationships, and lead contract negotiations.
- Educate clients on the design process while collaborating with project managers to ensure the financial success of each project.
- Maintain consistent client contact, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensure client goals are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Present design concepts and assist with production of high-quality construction documents for competitive bidding.
- Provide ongoing project support during bidding and construction, including occasional evening / weekend meetings and periodic travel to client sites.
Required Qualifications
Accredited degree in Architecture; licensed or on the path to licensure.10+ years of architectural experience with a strong focus on K-12 school projects.Demonstrated ability to manage school projects through all design and construction phases.Working knowledge of OFCCP regulations and the Federal Contractor Compliance Manual (FCCM).Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and educational planning standards.Proficiency in BIM 360 / Revit and familiarity with design software such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Lumion, and Enscape.Excellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills.Benefits
