Join our interdisciplinary team with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy at Neilson Place, located on the Woodsedge campus of Sanford Health, in close proximity to Sanford Bemidji Medical Center.

Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic, communicative, and compassionate Physical Therapist to assess and treat individuals dealing with physical limitations. Your role will involve creating personalized treatment plans aimed at improving quality of life by easing pain and enhancing mobility. You will need to demonstrate flexibility, collaboration, innovative thinking, and effective problem-solving skills to ensure our patients / residents receive the highest quality of care.

• Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to aid recovery, improve mobility, alleviate pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
• Document patients' / residents' information and progress accurately for evaluations.
• Educate patients / residents and their families about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercise practices to continue at home.
• Maintain compliance with documentation standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Assess and track therapeutic progress and recommend necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Adhere to guidelines, regulations, and safety procedures throughout the therapy process.
