As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of skilled engineers in designing and implementing cutting-edge warehouse and materials handling equipment, with a focus on conveyors, sortation systems, and packaging systems.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing direction and support in the design and implementation of warehouse and materials handling equipment.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects by balancing technical excellence with business objectives.
• Oversee the mechanical and controls engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and project management.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members, encouraging teamwork and effective communication.
• Travel to vendor and customer sites for system startup and support, approximately 20% of the time.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00 / yr. health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Aurora, CO.
