OutSolve is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales – New Business to lead our growing team of Account Executives focused on net-new logo acquisition. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving new ARR growth, shaping go-to-market strategy, and building a world-class sales engine focused on mid-market and enterprise clients across North America.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader who thrives in a high-growth, PE-backed environment, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence. You’ll lead from the front—coaching AEs, driving activity discipline, and partnering across Marketing, RevOps, and our Consultants to continually refine and scale our new business motion.
