Maintenance And Repair Worker

Property Management Company needs a maintenance and repair worker with a valid driver's license to work part-time. The Handyman will perform general maintenance and repair duties for properties managed by the company. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance installation / repair, and troubleshooting maintenance issues. The Handyman will also respond to tenant repair requests, complete routine property inspections, and ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential.
