Job descriptionMust have a BS in Mechanical, Robotics, or related engineering discipline (MS / PhD preferred) 10+ years of mechanical design experience in robotics or automation. Industrial Robot Design experience is required. Job Description
The client is a fast-growing robotics startup, is looking for a Staff or Principal Mechanical Engineer to help shape the future of cutting-edge industrial mechatronics systems. If you’re a hands-on, deeply technical engineer ready to lead in a high-impact environment, this is your chance to build and ship the next generation of robotic products from the ground up.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead the design, prototyping, and testing of complex mechatronic systems with multi-axis actuation
- Drive product development from concept through production—own the details
- Design and spec motors, actuators, sensors, and integrated motion systems
- Lead design reviews, validate performance with FEA, and write test plans and documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, agile startup setting
