A company is looking for a Director of PMO to build and scale a world-class Project Management Office within its Professional Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
Pioneer the creation and implementation of the Project Management Office, defining its vision, strategy, and operating model
Establish a robust governance framework with standardized reporting and key performance metrics to ensure successful project outcomes
Design and implement scalable consulting delivery methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality project outcomes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in program / project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing PMO or consulting delivery
Demonstrated success in building and maturing a PMO within a professional services or consulting organization
Strong understanding of project portfolio management, governance, and performance measurement
Extensive experience leading a professional services or consulting team within a SaaS or technology-focused environment
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certifications preferred; familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
