Job Description

Title Assistant Manager Non-Driving

Duties & Responsibilities :

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Your job responsibilities would include (but are not limited to) :

Perform all the duties of the Front-Line Team Members and Delivery Drivers (except delivery / driving). Manage anywhere from 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift. Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile! Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers. Making consistent products within Domino's Pizza guidelines. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our customer's viewpoint. Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance within the Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

What are we looking for? Experience leading a teamduring your shift, you will have to manage a staff 3 to 15 people. You will need a positive attitude and be a great motivator to be successful. Be a great role model and leaderbe punctual and have a great attitude with customers and co-workers. You are at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old. Must pass a criminal background check.
