They're looking for a Construction Utility Foreman to join their growing team in Kalispell.
This position oversees the installation of water lines, sanitary sewer systems, manholes, and storm drains while managing all phases of construction from pre-construction through closeout. In addition to supervising jobsite activities such as planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and subcontractor oversight, the role also involves hands-on work and occasional equipment operation. The Foreman is expected to model safe practices, foster professional relationships, mentor crew members, and maintain a strong commitment to quality and compliance throughout every project.

Essential Functions and Duties :
Lead, develop, and direct field crews to maintain daily productivity and adherence to project schedulesOversee all phases of utility construction projects, from pre-construction through closeoutDemonstrate proficiency in installing water lines, sanitary sewer systems, manholes, and storm drainsManage daily operations including jobsite oversight, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, crew reporting, materials coordination, subcontractor management, and resource allocationFoster professional relationships, mentor team members, and support company programs in safety, training, risk management, quality control, and compliance with OSHA regulationsEnsure jobsites and company assets are safely maintained and secure, while occasionally performing field work and operating heavy equipmentQualifications :
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Utilities ForemanOSHA Competent Person training and OSHA 40 certification preferredAdvanced knowledge of construction planning, sequencing, scheduling, equipment, production, and material specificationsProficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and grading instruments, with hands-on experience in water, sewer, and storm drainage installation using pipe lasersStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to mentor and lead crewsKnowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, with commitment to safety and complianceAbility to operate heavy equipment and power tools when neededValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening
