Job Title : Travel RN – Emergency Room (ER) Facility : Person Memorial Hospital, Roxboro, NC Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Overview : Person Memorial Hospital is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced acute care environment, ensuring safety and efficiency in all aspects of emergency nursing practice.

Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and triage in the ER setting.

Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.

Monitor patient conditions, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards.

Qualifications :

Current RN license in the state of North Carolina or compact state eligibility.

Minimum of 2+ years of recent ER experience required.

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
