A local school-based program is accepting applications for Substitute Licensed Practical Nurses to provide temporary health-office coverage. The role involves direct student care, medication administration, and collaboration with supervisory nursing staff.

Responsibilities / Duties :

Deliver student nursing care, administer medications, and perform health screenings

Monitor and document health conditions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Address student illness and injury, follow up according to care plans or school protocols

Assist in maintaining compliance with district and state health regulations

Qualifications / Desired Experience :

Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing

Background in pediatric, community, or school-health environments preferred

Effective communication and record-keeping abilities

Availability for substitute assignments with short-notice flexibility
