Sales Account Executive :

Job Summary :

Target Earnings : $50,000 to $100,000+

As a Leaf Home sales account executive, your mission will be to educate prospective customers on the advantages of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will receive training on how to conduct quick home assessments from the street, identifying homeowner challenges that our solutions can resolve.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Generate sales leads by canvassing an assigned territory, engaging potential customers face-to-face about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to educate homeowners and gather necessary information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
  • Provide daily updates to the field management team and foster collaborative relationships with fellow sales representatives.
  • Maintain a professional representation of Leaf Home products, ensuring potential customers receive outstanding experiences.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Customer-oriented and results-driven.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship for employment visa status.

    Physical Demands :

  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, with considerable walking and standing required.
  • Field office, manufacturing, and construction environment.
  • Occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force; frequent light lifting and carrying may be necessary.
