Key Responsibilities
Target key employers through outbound strategies and personal networks to generate leads
Drive broker referrals by articulating the unique value of identity protection solutions
Develop data-driven territory plans to identify high-probability targets and manage the sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience in Employee Benefits, HR Tech, or financial wellness SaaS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience influencing decision-makers in the RFP selection process
Proven ability to close deals with senior HR / Benefits decision-makers
Self-sourcing leads with a consultative approach and C-suite presence
