Contracts Professional
CACI is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts Professional to support our Technology Programs across seven interconnected Lines of Business (LOBs). These LOBs - C3I, Cyber, Digital Solutions, Enterprise IT, Mission and Engineering Support, Space, and Spectrum Superiority - collectively address critical aspects of national security and technological advancement. This comprehensive structure enables CACI to deliver innovative solutions that empower decision-making, safeguard national security, and maintain technological superiority in diverse operational environments.
Within CACI, Contract Managers are expected to build trust and respect with our acquisition customers. As the official face of CACI, the Contracts Manager will perform negotiations and contract management duties in all phases of our programs, from pre-award through the full development, production, and sustainment lifecycle. The Contracts function is a strategic business partner responsible for building lasting relationships and delivering balanced and equitable business deals, thus ensuring the long-term, mutual success of CACI and its customers.
Responsibilities :
- Provide contractual expertise to multiple program teams, primarily in the context of federal procurement regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Officer or Prime Contractors
- Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with clients
- Negotiate contractual agreements, including contracts, bailment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, associate contractor agreements and teaming agreements
- Monitor performance on a portfolio of contracts actively participate in change management
- Participate in the development and review of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and corporate policy
- Establish excellent working relationships with Program Managers and other internal stakeholders in functional areas such as pricing, procurement, and government compliance
- Review opportunities for risks, ensure risk assessments are conducted in accordance with corporate policy, and provide mitigation recommendations and approaches
- Route organizational conflict of interest screenings in accordance with company policy and interpret contract terms related to subsequent issues
- Actively participate in client meetings and reviews
- Maintain contract records and documentation in accordance with corporate policy.

Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments, including proposals and contract risk reviewsApply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop opportunity shaping and negotiation strategiesProactively advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risksSupport and lead negotiationsEnsure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with US Government laws and regulationsInfluence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practicesDemonstrate the ability to find equitable solutions to complex problems with various customersCoordinate with CACI Export team for processing export licenses and documentationReview pricing documentation for compliance with corporate policy and process and provide thoughtful feedbackQualifications :
5+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating US Government and commercial agreementsBachelor's degreeDemonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of US Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR / DFARS) and agency supplementsAdept at contract analysisAptitude to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneouslyAbility to frame, draft and negotiate agreementsExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong work ethic with a commitment to meeting deadlines with a high degree of qualitySkill in being persuasive while maintaining a positive customer and / or teammate relationshipActive Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibilityDesired Qualifications :
Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and / or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or graduate degreePreferred experience supporting the Intelligence Community on technology solutions contractsExperience supporting capture teams under traditional FAR Part 15 methods, as well as Part 35 (Broad Agency Announcements), Other Transactional Authority (OTAs), and Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs)Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and PolygraphWhat You Can Expect :
