As a Senior AI Data Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the data strategy and architecture of next-generation finance platforms powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning. You’ll design and implement innovative, enterprise-grade data solutions that drive insights, scalability, and business value. Working cross-functionally with engineers, analysts, and business leaders, you’ll ensure that the data ecosystem supports advanced analytics and AI integration. Accountabilities :
- Design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures using Delta Lakehouse , Star Schema , and Data Lake patterns.
- Define and enforce data modeling standards, metadata management, and governance frameworks.
- Architect and optimize ETL / ELT pipelines using Databricks Workflows , Apache Airflow , or equivalent orchestration tools.
- Integrate AI / ML models into data pipelines and ensure efficient, scalable deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and observability across multiple platforms and environments.
- Drive CI / CD practices for data infrastructure, including Git-based version control and automated testing.
- Provide architectural guidance for Azure , GCP , and other cloud environments.
- Stay current with emerging data and AI technologies to recommend strategic improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Data Architect or Senior Data Engineer with architectural responsibilities.Proven background in the finance domain and big data integration & analytics (3+ years).Strong hands-on experience with Delta Lake, Databricks, Apache Airflow, Snowflake , and cloud platforms ( Azure or GCP ).Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and lakehouse architectures .Experience integrating AI / ML workflows into data platforms (3+ years).Proficiency with DevOps practices , including CI / CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.GCP certification is required; additional finance-related technical certifications are a plus.Passion for using data and AI to drive better business and consumer experiences.Ability to work remotely with reliable high-speed internet (25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum).Benefits
