Receptionist Temporary Contract Role
We are seeking a professional, motivated, and detail-oriented Receptionist for a temporary 2-month contract role in Tuscaloosa, AL. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, the Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive environment while providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate contacts or departments efficiently.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized at all times.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Operate office equipment, such as copiers, printers, and phone systems.
Maintain and manage office supplies inventory; order as needed.
Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as requested.
Provide support to other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor and appearance.
Ability to quickly adapt and work effectively in a dynamic office environment.
