What Youll Lead :

• Direct the planning, design, and execution of municipal and public safety projects from concept through construction.

• Collaborate with city agencies, facility managers, and engineering partners to deliver responsive, buildable solutions.
• Oversee project documentation, detailing, and technical accuracy across all phases.
• Mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative environment that values precision and creativity.
• Apply knowledge of zoning, accessibility, energy codes, and public building requirements to ensure compliance and long-term efficiency.
• Participate in interviews and community engagement meetings, representing the design vision and the firms commitment to civic excellence.
