Immediate Opportunity for a Part-Time Bookkeeper in Dallas

1st shift- 20-25 hrs per week

We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Dallas. In this role, you will manage essential financial tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, credit card reconciliations, and accurate data entry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping within the transportation industry

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable / receivable and reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) is essential
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial concepts
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines effectively
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping
• Proficient in MS Excel
