Job Responsibilities

Develop and direct the work of Team Leaders and Supervisors in meeting department performance objectives

Enforce company policies in a consistent manner

Ensure teams are trained to follow documented procedures and work guidance

Work to develop and maintain positive work environment

Ensure the quality and productivity of parts being processed

Work with HR in administering corrective actions in a timely, fair, and consistent manner

Promote and support the Open-Door policy with employees and create good working relationships

Other tasks as assigned.
