Senion Environmental Project Manager / Technical Lead
This senior environmental project manager / technical lead role is for a mid‑sized, high‑quality environmental consulting practice with a strong Northern California footprint. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will operate in a hybrid arrangement, balancing remote work with occasional travel to office and client sites.
Compensation
Base pay : $135,000.00 / yr – $170,000.00 / yr
Additional compensation : annual bonus, performance incentives, and other benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, PTO, paid holidays, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
Preferred : California Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG). Candidates should have strong experience in environmental investigation and remediation programs, and be capable of planning, directing, coordinating, and implementing project activities from concept through closure while maintaining schedule, budget, compliance, and client expectations.
Ideally the candidate will serve in a true “seller / doer” role—comfortable managing active projects, developing client relationships, assisting with proposals, mentoring staff, and cultivating new opportunities within the firm’s expanding regional portfolio.
