What You'll Do

• Support & Refine Processes : Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
• Optimize HR Systems : Help maintain our HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve our team.
• Provide Team Support : Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Contribute to Projects : Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
