    About the Role :

    Dream Home Roofing is seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to support our production and scheduling team. This is a key behind-the-scenes role that keeps our operations running smoothly each day.

    We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, learning new systems, and staying one step ahead. If you take pride in getting things done without needing to be micromanaged — and you love seeing projects move from start to finish successfully — you’ll fit right in here.

    What You’ll Do :

    • Schedule roofing and construction projects using our CRM system.
    • Communicate daily with project managers, customers, and suppliers.
    • Order dumpsters, materials, and permits as needed.
    • Coordinate with local townships for inspections and approvals.
    • Track project progress, close out completed jobs, and keep records up to date.
    • Create and organize daily task lists to help the team stay on schedule.
    • Provide general administrative support to keep operations running efficiently.
