Job Description

The Production Associate 3 employee at Cornerstone Building Brands Aperture Solutions is responsible for various windows & doors assembly operations while ensuring we Safely make a Quality product and minimize waste / cost, so it can be delivered on time to customers. Also, responsible for working with a sense of urgency while maintaining the flow of material throughout the plant by performing the following duties :

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Operate hand tools as required and assemble, lift, pick and pack products
• Support and participate in Employee Engagement activities.
• Follow defined clean-up times.
• Work in a safe manner and follow safe work practices and policies.
• Must follow and work to an established rate as defined by customer demand and standardized operations
• Participate in defining and improving standard work to improve quality windows for Customers
• Identify problems; communicate issues.
• Assist with training co-workers.
• Support a respectful workplace.
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by supervision or management

Qualifications

Ability to read a tape measure as well as read and interpret fractions and decimals
