Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)

EOSIS Northern Plains is hiring for a full-time, on-site Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in East Grand Forks, MN. Pay : $65,000 - $75,000 annually.

Sign-on Bonus : $10,000

Relocation Bonus : $5,000 if applicable

Shift : Full Time / on site

Overview

Responsibilities

  • Deliver chemical health education and therapeutic interventions to support client recovery related to chemical health.
  • Conduct assessments and communicate with personnel across the organization using verbal, written, and electronic media to ensure accurate client care and efficient revenue collection.
  • Collaborate with the Counselor Supervisor and other team members to plan and implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Current license as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in good standing.
  • Experience in assessment, treatment planning, and coordination of care is preferred.
