Job description

AWS / CES is looking for an Electronics Test Technician I – 3-Month Contract with Potential for Direct Hire

Location : Plano, TX 75074

Pay : $24–$28 / hour (based on experience)

Shift : Day Shift | Full-Time | Overtime Expected

Contract : Temporary – 3 Months (Possible Direct Hire Opportunity)

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and run environmental and vibration tests
  • Collect data using control systems, thermocouples, and accelerometers
  • Troubleshoot test setups and make necessary adjustments
  • Operate thermal chambers and perform electrical setups
  • Assist in reporting and documentation of test results

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in environmental, dynamics, or related testing preferred
  • Recent graduates with a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related trade school background) will be considered
  • Must be comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Team-oriented and eager to learn
