Senior Business Systems Analyst

A fast-growing organization undergoing a large-scale data transformation is seeking a Business Analyst to support digital and analytics initiatives within its Fleet division. The company has recently centralized data into an enterprise data warehouse (Databricks) and operates under a tribe / squad Agile model.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements and define user stories.
• Map current business processes, identify improvement areas, and document key workflows and enhancements.
• Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
• Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate UAT, stakeholder communication, and change management efforts to ensure smooth delivery and adoption.
• Maintain traceability from business need through delivery, supporting a mature Agile delivery model.
