Cleaner On Call Part Time Position

The Cleaner On Call part time position provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. Housekeeping / Cleaner experience is required. Open availability at night. Pay rate is $17.00 / hr paid weekly. Shift is on call as needed at night, including weekends. Location is Henderson, NV. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. Basic qualifications include : minimum 1 year of housekeeping / janitorial work experience, customer service experience, must be 18 years of age or older, no high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Responsibilities include : cleaning and maintaining buildings / facilities, following procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, notifying manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems, establishing and maintaining effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc., complying with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities, cleaning and vacuuming carpeted areas, cleaning tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, suites, and lounges, cleaning, servicing, and maintaining necessary supplies for assigned restrooms, cleaning interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners with sponges and squeegees, keeping janitor's closet neat and orderly and maintaining equipment in good working order, gathering and emptying trash, and miscellaneous duties as assigned.
