State Licensed Physician Leader

A company is looking for a Vice President of Population Health.

Key Responsibilities

Provide vision and operational leadership for a virtual and home-based medical group, ensuring innovative care delivery

Develop strategies for risk adjustment and quality performance, collaborating with analytics and care delivery teams

Engage with regional physician networks to enhance collaboration and support education in value-based care

Required Qualifications

MD / DO with an active, unrestricted license and board certification in relevant medical fields

5+ years of clinical experience, including leadership in a medical group and value-based care

Experience in designing and executing complex care delivery models, preferably in a startup environment

Expertise in risk adjustment and quality performance metrics such as HEDIS and Stars

Proven ability to build teams and manage complexity in high-growth environments
