Key Responsibilities

Define and drive a unified integrations strategy across various healthcare data standards and APIs

Lead design and development of core connectors for major EHR systems

Build and scale a high-performing integrations team while ensuring compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in team management

Deep experience with healthcare data standards and EHR integrations

Strong system design skills, including microservices and database design

Hands-on coding experience in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript

Expertise in CI / CD processes and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
