Job Description

Every guest journey should feel safe, smooth, and welcoming. This role focuses on providing reliable transportation while delivering friendly, professional service that leaves a positive impression from pick-up to drop-off.

Duties

• Transport resort guests along an established route.
• Transportation of team members to and from parking areas.
• Attend and participate in staff meetings.
• Onsite interoffice mail delivery.
• Assists disabled passengers into and out of vehicle.
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
• Cleans and services vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories.
• Inspect vehicle every day prior to operation for safety hazards and vehicle maintenance and turns an inspection sheet to the department managers office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
• The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Follow instructions without close supervision.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
• CDL drivers license with passenger endorsement.
