Job Details : Pay : $2480 per week

Travel - PT (Physical Therapist)

Duration of assignment : 13 weeks

Shift : M-F 9 to 5 : 30; with occasional Saturday in place of a weekday if needed for staffing

Facility Setting? Acute Rehab Unit

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No

Number of beds in your facility? 18

EMR for your facility : Epic

Scrub colors / dress code : Caribbean Blue / Business Casual

Parking Location : Attached parking lot

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted MI License

Active BLS, BCLS certification

Years of Experience REQ : 1 year of Experience

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
