Multiamily Renovation Construction Travel Superintendent

NOW HIRING ! BIG need for a Multifamily Renovation Travel Construction Superintendent for the  Cleveland, OH  area! As a Multifamily Construction Superintendent,  you will be working closely with project engineers, project manager, subcontractors, and clients to enrsure on time and budget projects dealing with Multifamily Renovations. You will be responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine the overall running of commercial multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multifamily style construction processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with occupied space tenants.

Key Responsibilities of Multifamily Superintendent :

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
• Conduct regular walks and review detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to identify potential opportunities or issues.
• Prepare and present comprehensive and accurate updates and reports to clients when needed.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of project schedules, budget and deadlines.
