Senior Project Manager - #Ground-up - Dallas

My client is looking for a seasoned # Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up #Education projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is designed for a proven leader who thrives on managing large-scale builds and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

If you have 7+ years of project management experience delivering Higher #Education or #K-12 ground-up projects valued between $50M and $150M, I’d love to connect with you!

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

• 7+ years of project management experience specifically in # K-12, higher education or large-scale ground-up projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects ranging from $50M–$150M
• Experience with CMAR and Design-Build delivery methods
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field required
• Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and risk mitigation
• Proficiency with MS Office 365; P6 / Primavera or Prolog experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders and mentor teams
