Responsibilities for the Office Recruitment Coordinator include but are not limited to
Conduct candidate phone screens
Communicating findings via email to Hiring Managers.
Scheduling and coordinating MS Teams interviews and on-site interviews
Coordinate candidate travel as needed including flight, ground transportation, hotel, and itinerary.
Filter through received resumes and distribute to hiring teams.
Update daily Applicant Tracker Report in Excel.
Following up with hiring managers regarding interview feedback and communicating back to candidates.
Partner with established Staffing Agencies on open requisitions.
Assist with Property Development equipment inventory including tracking equipment and retrieving IT equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for an Office Recruitment Coordinator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience working in a fast paced, high-energy, demanding, multitasking environment while ensuring a high quality of work.
Experience in recruiting a plus.
Reliable, flexible, and highly organized with excellent follow-through skills.
Friendly, personable, and not afraid to ask questions.
Ability to meet deadlines and work as a key team member with a diverse group of professional staff.

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
