Community Coach 2 Part-Time (I / DD Skills Needed)

InReach provides a wide variety of supports and services across the lifespan for individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities and their families. We focus on each individual's unique needs and deliver the highest quality services possible by ensuring that each individual receives the right support, at the right time and frequency by a caring qualified staff member in the most independent setting appropriate.

What We Need :

The Community Coach provides the support necessary to assist an adult with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities in a variety of community activities. Activities may be in the individual's home, community, or work site in the Charlotte area.

Qualifications and Licensing Requirements :

• One-year Supported Employment / Job Coach experience working with I / DD & Special populations
• Vocational experience
• A high school diploma or GED required
• Willing to provide customer transportation using your vehicle
• Valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record
• This position requires interaction with a pet cat in the individuals' home

Hours : Monday - Friday 3 : 00pm - 8 : 00pm; Saturday & Sunday 8 : 00am - 3 : 00pm

Rate : $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do :
