Senior Manager - Medicare Stars Program Manager (Individual Contributor)

Position Summary

Located within the Medicare Stars Program Management team, in this individual contributor role you will provide subject matter expertise and consultative services to internal and external colleagues. In addition, you will manage execution and oversight of quality initiatives influencing Stars performance. You will utilize industry and internal analytic insights to inform decisions and generate opportunities, as well as guide policy and program recommendations to executive leadership teams. Your duties will include :

• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to identify opportunities for Stars improvement initiatives, assist in development strategic workplans, and performance monitoring.
• Communicate insights to key stakeholders, executive-level leadership, and other internal and external points of contact to ensure concise and accurate data is delivered.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity for information provided to stakeholders, executive-level management, and other individual contributors, driving successful operation of the department and company towards achieving its goals and key deliverables.
• Provide business and operational project and program management support for improvement initiatives and cross-functional work efforts.
• Manage and prioritize multiple work efforts simultaneously, ensuring key deliverables are met, driving consistent business success.

Bachelor's degree required. Equivalent experience may be considered.

The typical pay range for this role is : $75,400.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
