As an Implementation Specialist Senior, youll play a key role in supporting customers through the setup and maintenance of Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management products. Youll act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through implementations, training, and issue resolution. Key Accountabilities :

• Manage new and existing service requests for Treasury Management and Commercial Deposits products to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve complex customer issues by leveraging your expertise and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and train colleagues to enhance team performance and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Deliver virtual training sessions for new and existing clients, creating tailored materials and ensuring effective product adoption.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, and third-party vendors to identify, report, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in testing and implementation of new products or enhancements, serving as a subject matter expert for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and industry regulations to protect customers and mitigate risk.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across implementation practices.
