- Deliver direct patient care that aligns with established nursing plans and practices.\n
- Monitor the quality of care and implement improvements based on continuous evaluation.\n

- This position is non-management and will report to a supervisor, manager, or director.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
- Education : Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.\n
- Experience : One (1) year of experience as a registered nurse.\n\nIn Lieu Of\n
- Completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency from another organization can substitute for one year of experience.\n
- For internal candidates, one year of licensed practical nurse (LPN) experience can be considered.\n
- A nursing diploma with licensure to practice as a registered nurse can also be accepted in lieu of an Associate degree.\n\nRequired Certifications, Registrations, Licenses\n
