Location : Las Colinas Post Acute - Ontario, CA

Schedule : Full-Time or Per Diem

Pay Range : $48-$55 / hour (based on experience and Full Time / Per Diem)

As part of our therapy team, you'll :

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support communication goals
  • Document treatments using NetHealth and PointClickCare

We're looking for someone who brings clinical excellence, a warm heart, and a dash of fun to the table. CFYs are welcome—and we'll pair you with a supportive supervisor to help you thrive!

    • 🧾 Requirements

  • Valid California SLP license (or CFY eligibility)
  • CPR certification
  • Experience in a skilled nursing setting is a plus
