Wage : $16.20

Role Requirements : Must be punctual. Have reliable transportation or commute plans 7 days a week for all the overnight hours. Capable of taking on deep cleaning tasks. Have a great smile. Positive attitude. Can make eye contact. Great communication skills. Respectful. Willing to take on different roles when required. Multi-Tasker.  Authorized to work in the USA.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service : Providing friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders, and handling transactions.
  • Food Preparation : Operating fryers, and other kitchen equipment to prepare Lawrence’s signature Shrimp and other menu items.
  • Sanitation : Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and exterior while following health and safety guidelines.
  • Stocking and Inventory : Restocking supplies and managing inventory to ensure everything is available for the next shift.

Shift Details :

  • Hours : Typically, night shifts run from 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM.
  • Breaks : Employees are entitled to an unpaid 30-minute break during a 7.5-hour shift.

  • Communication : Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Adaptability : Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing situations.
