Creative Producer (Charlotte)

Role Overview

The Creative Producer is a key content creation role. Youll collaborate with our production team to develop, produce, and distribute a wide range of content, including documentary, comedy, and podcast formats.

Youll have a hand in every step of the process : from brainstorming and scripting, to filming and editing, to integrating motion graphics and AI-generated visuals. This position is ideal for a creator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment and wants their work to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the production team to create and deliver high-quality video content across multiple formats and platforms.
• Participate in all aspects of the creative process : writing, shooting, editing, and finishing.
• Design and integrate motion graphics and light visual effects as needed.
• Contribute to preproduction strategy, scheduling, budgeting, and asset organization.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve creative efficiency.
• Maintain organized project files and support consistent delivery standards.
• Assist with channel strategy, publishing, and audience engagement efforts.
