Job Details :

Pay : $ 2720 per week

OT Pediatrics

Position Open : 1

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 4x10-Hour (07 : 00 - 17 : 00)

Ratios : N / a

Traveler will primarily be working in an Outpatient setting. Most diagnoses are related to autism, lack of coordination, sensory, ADHD, etc

First Timers Accepted : Yes

Skills REQ : Peds Experience

Is on-call REQ : No

Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? : No

Open to accommodating a block schedule? : Yes

Locals Accepted : No - address must be at least 50 miles from facility

Pending License Accepted : Yes

RTO Restrictions : Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer

Guaranteed Hours : 70 Hours per 2 weeks - Traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks

Facility provides housing and a rental car / vehicle to travelers during assignment

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted AK OT License

Active BLS via American Heart Association

Certs REQ : NBOCT

Years of Experience REQ : 1 YR

Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
