Job Title : Sanitation Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Lead for our 2nd shift, from 2 : 30 pm to 11 : 30 pm. This hands-on role involves leading a team of approximately 28 sanitation associates and requires detailed disassembly and assembly of large-scale bakery production equipment. The successful candidate will follow master sanitation schedules to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sanitation crew of approximately 28 associates.
• Disassemble and reassemble large-scale bakery production equipment for thorough cleaning.
• Ensure adherence to master sanitation schedules and maintain compliance with all sanitation regulations.
• Implement and oversee process improvement and root cause analysis to enhance sanitation practices.
• Perform janitorial duties as required to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet food production standards and regulations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00 / yr.

This is a direct placement opportunity. Benefits will be provided upon start or earlier at the request of the client.
