CT / Rad Tech Job Details – Cath Lab

Location : Mansfield, Texas 76063 (Dallas-Fort Worth area)

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 15 / 2025 – End : 3 / 16 / 2026)

Healthcare Setting : Cath Lab

Shift : 4x10-hour day shifts (06 : 30 – 17 : 00), rotating day off

Hours per Week : 40

On-Call : Required (call schedule every 6 weeks)

Patient Population : Adults, Geriatrics

Daily Census : 12

Number of Cath Lab Rooms : 3

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2620–$2690 per week

Qualifications for CT / Radiologic Technologist – Cath Lab

Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience as a CT Tech or Radiologic Technologist

Previous travel healthcare experience required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT-R (Texas state license required) or RCIS

Experience with coiling and embolics procedures preferred

Epic charting experience preferred

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered)

Previous charge or lead tech experience preferred

Military certifications accepted; AHA certifications preferred

Key Responsibilities – Cath Lab Technologist

Perform and assist with Cath Lab procedures : angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, catheter / drain exchange, and embolization

Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment for high-quality diagnostic results

Circulate and scrub for procedures, ensuring a sterile environment

Prep access sites and assist with vascular closure systems

Interpret dysrhythmias and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (IV, respiratory, pharmacy, social services)

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to rapid response / code teams as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and healthcare regulations
