A long-standing construction manufacturer has hired Aspen Personnel Service to help them find an Inside Sales Manager.

This role leads inside / outside sales while also managing a small inside sales and customer service team.

Responsibilities :

• Drive outbound sales for commercial, residential, and other specialty products
• Build and manage a strong customer pipeline
• Handle quoting, follow-up, and closing
• Support customers with product information, pricing, and specifications
• Lead and mentor the inside sales team
• Attend customer visits, meetings, and local events
