Services : Program Consulting, Finance Consulting and Billing Services, Applied Technology, Outsourcing and Operations, Strategy, Project and Grants Management, Assessments and Feasibility Studies.
The Employment Services Deputy Director will oversee Welfare to Work departments within PCG's work with the County of San Diego's CalWORKs program, providing a variety of human services to more than 9,000 program participants at four offices across San Diego County. The Deputy Director is responsible for setting and overseeing the strategic direction of supporting program departments, including Housing, Child Care, Career Services and other programs that support Employment Services. The Employment Services team provides employment case management to customers from intake / orientation through to case closure. The supporting programs teams provide wrap around services to CalWORKs customers through direct service to support the CalWORKs customers on their journey to self-sufficiency. This position includes maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing department performance, and managing professional development for program managers and staff.
The ideal candidate for this position will bring significant experience overseeing successful projects and / or complex programs. The Deputy Director manages a team of Managers and Associate Program Directors (APDs), each of whom lead a team of supervisors, case managers, and clerical staff.

Compensation : Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Range : $77,100-$173,900
