Seeking energetic, reliable and motivated individuals with automotive sales experience to join our winning team! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their automotive sales experience to engage with a luxury client base and be a part of an outstanding team with a proven track record of success!

Responsibilities for this position include :

• Thoroughly explaining aspects of buying or leasing to all customers utilizing up-to-date product and pricing information.
• Responsible for following up and retention of current and previous customers through direct phone calls and sponsored customer events
• Achieve high ratings for customer satisfaction per internal customer surveys and per external measurements (industry surveys) by being highly responsive to customer needs and speedily resolving any customer problems and / or complaints
• Upgrade knowledge of products and services and maintain professional and technical expertise by attending trade shows and / or educational programs, establishing personal networks, reviewing industry publications, and participating in professional societies
• Ensure correct handling of all sales transactions by tracking and submitting all necessary documentation.
• Ensure regular use of sales prospecting and follow-up systems to increase retail facility business.
• Keep clients informed of any changes prior to delivery.

PAY RANGE : $75,000 - $175,000 (annually)
